Two weeks ago, Jim Fabian and the SJO committee had been advised of an urgent need for casseroles to feed the hungry of our community. The SJO is happy to report that we delivered 47 casseroles,  approximately 10 full bags of peanut butter and jelly and about a dozen loaves of bread to Our Daily Bread on April 2nd.

Special thanks to all who donated these items and all who volunteered their time and efforts to make this possible. The people at the Shrine never cease to amaze me with their generosity and willingness to pitch in and help whenever and wherever the need arises. All this was accomplished despite circumstances that at times seemed insurmountable.  THANK YOU!
