Casserole Drive for Our Daily Bread: August 15-30, 2020
The Social Justice Committee is collecting dishes for Our Daily Bread this month! We will be collecting Casseroles and Family Size Stouffers Mac and Cheese. Thank you for your ever generous support!
You can pick up pans and recipes at the church, or see below for pan and recipes details to use what you have at home. Then drop off your frozen dishes to the Undercroft as per the dates below. Thank you!
Pans will be available:
- August 15-16, after all Masses
- Saturday August 22, from 10am-noon
- August 22-23, after all Masses
Return your Casseroles or Family Size Stouffers Mac and Cheese to the Undercroft:
- August 29-30, before/ after all Masses
Without Pan Pick-up
If you're not available to pick up a pan, you can always use your own! Although there is a size request from Our Daily Bread:
- ½ size aluminum pan, which is 10x12 inches and 2 9/16 inches deep.
Zippy Beef Recipe
Here is the preferred recipe to follow: Zippy Beef Casserole.
Cover the baked casserole tightly with foil and freeze it between the time you make it and when you drop it off at Church.
